- Pictures and halftones must be saved in either .EPS or .TIF,format, with minimum resolution of 300 dpi. For four-colour printing, make sure the pictures are CMYK processed, not RGB.
- Important: If a document is slated for one-, two- or three-colour printing (pantone),make sure the images are not CMYK, processed, you will need to select the proper colour numbers (PMS).
- Documents should always be saved in print-ready pdf format with their bleed.
- All files contained in the document (pictures, logos, graphs, tables, etc.) must be included on the CD-ROM or other technical support.
- All fonts used (screen and printer)must also be included with the technical support. Of course, it is always better to use the (create outline) function to save your text, whenever possible.
- You must always include a printed or low-resolution PDF version of the document to make sure the final document corresponds with the original. For a colour document, it is better to include a colour copy.
